Elma rest area closure

Travelers planning to use the Elma rest area along eastbound State route 8 in Grays Harbor County will need to make other plans.
From 7 a.m. Tuesday, March 3 through 3 p.m. Thursday, March 5, Washington State Department of Transportation crews will close the restrooms and grounds to complete annual maintenance.
