Approved the purchase of 15 Motorola APX-N70 radios for $79,512 for the Hoquiam Police Department.
Passed a resolution adopting revised position descriptions for the position of “Assistant Fire Chief,” “Fire Marshal,” “Fire Captain,” “Driver/Engineer,” and “Firefighter/Paramedic.”

Grays Harbor Commissioner Vickie Raines gave an update on the Chehalis Flood Authority. The council recognized the commissioner for her years of service as commissioner.

Announced three vacancies on the Parks Board and two vacancies on the Building Code Board of Appeals.
Appointed Rita Bovee to the Parks Board.
Approved a special market conditions purchase of golf carts to enter into a fleet replacement program with Pacific Golf & Turf.
Resolved to apply for an RCO Grant for $250,000 to upgrade North Bay Park. The grant funds will be used for new playground equipment, a new volleyball court, ADA parking spaces, and ADA paths from the parking lot to the amenities.
Awarded the South Fire Station generator installation contract to Schumacher Electric for $80,048.
Approved the Comcast Cable Communications Management, LLC Franchise Agreement.

Consultant Scott Boettcher presented an update on the Dune Crest Dynamic Revetment Project.
Approved Amendment ASR 01 for the VES project in the amount of $78,012.
Accepted the Deep Wells Equipping Project as complete and approved payment of Final Progress Estimate #13 in the amount of $52,451.
Authorized the Mayor to execute the TIB Consultant Agreement for the 2026 Maintenance Project.
Authorized the Mayor to execute the First Amendment to the Lease Agreement with Junk Queens.
Approved the Dovescut Landing preliminary long plat as recommended by the Westport Planning Commission.
Approved the short-term staging lease agreement with Sealink Networks, Inc.
