Pacific County Fair awards

Betty Hampton was named the Grand Champion in Fruits & Vegetables at the Pacific County Fair for her strawberries. She was awarded $50 from Sea Crop. The Reserve Grand Champion was Deklan Christen, a youth gardener, who entered his pickling cucumbers.

Wade Cogdill earned the most points (995) and won a $50 gift certificate from Dennis Co. Pure Forks Creek Farm awarded a year’s subscription to its Herb Quarterly to Diantha Weilipp, who tallied the most points in herbs this year.
