Commissioner Ross sworn in

Grays Harbor County Superior Court Judge David Edwards leads Randy Ross in the oath of office for Grays Harbor County commissioner on Dec. 30. Ross’ wife, Debbi, stands by his side as he’s sworn into office. Ross replaces Frank Gordon who lost his bid for re-election in November.
