Required permits, approvals and plans

The following permits, approval and plans would be required for the Westway proposal to add a storage facility for receiving, storing, and loading crude oil for transport at the Port of Grays Harbor — specifically in by rail and out by tank vessels, according to the city of Hoquiam and Washington Department of Ecology:
