The Port of Grays Harbor has announced a special commission meeting for Wednesday at 2 p.m. where commissioners will consider a lease at the Satsop Business Park with Overstock.com, LLC. Neither the Port nor Overstock.com discuss details of the lease Tuesday.

Overstock.com is a technology-based retail company offering a variety of products at discounted prices by offering suppliers an alternative way to distribute merchandise. Based in Salt Lake City, Utah, the publicly-traded company was established in 1999 and employs more than 1,500 people.
