(Dan Hammock | The Daily World) Electric General, a metal band from Olympia, performs during the Pay to Play festival — formerly known as Kurt Cobain Days — Saturday afternoon. Ten bands were slated to play starting at 11 a.m. Saturday in the alley behind Boomtown Records on East Wishkah in Aberdeen.
