A Level 3 sex offender has registered an address in the 1200 block of Ocean Shores Boulevard SW, according to the Ocean Shores Police Department.

Tremaine Scott Rambo, 25, was convicted of attempted rape in November 2015 in Clark County. He is described as a black male, 6-feet 3-inches tall, 195 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Rambo “was found not guilty by reason of insanity (in the Clark County case), and has received extensive mental health treatment,” read the Ocean Shores Police statement. “Mental health professionals determined he was safe to be released from custody.”

Rambo is not currently wanted by police. The notification is to inform the public of his location.
