Police on Friday evening responded to the discovery of a dead body near the 300 block of Oak Street, on land behind Bi-Mart, not far from the Aberdeen/Hoquiam city limits. It was reported to police by a resident at around 6 p.m. Police Sgt. Dave Parkinson said the only information available at that point was that the body appears partially decomposed.
