Aberdeen man with kitten reported missing

The Aberdeen Police Department is attempting to locate Andrew Aronson, a 32-year-old who went missing after family members last heard from him on Oct. 4 when he asked for a vehicle or to get a ride to the Portland area.

According to the police press release, Aronson left with his kitten and has limited clothing and money. He is described as a 6-foot-tall white male with brown hair and brown eyes.

He is likely using a white 2005 Hyundai Elantra with an expired Washington License Plate “AOH6178.” The report adds that Aronson has “autistic characteristics” and that it’s unusual for him to leave in this manner without contacting his family.

Anyone with information can call Detective Jason Perkinson from the Aberdeen Police Department at 360-533-8765.
