After many people put in hours and hours of manual labor at Highland Park in Cosmopolis, here’s a view of what part of the park looked like on Monday, Oct. 17. The freshly-laid grass, flat and paved blacktop for future basketball and racquetball games, and a clean play area complete with fresh playground chips, offers a view of what Grays Harbor residents — of all ages and abilities — will be able to enjoy once the park is open to the public.
