Hoquiam City Council, residents, celebrate Jane Roloff’s milestone athletic career

Hoquiam Mayor Ben Winkelman, left, congratulates Jane Roloff, a Hoquiam High School senior, for her exceptionally long list of athletic accolades through not only the 2023-24 school year, but her whole career as a Hoquiam Grizzly. Roloff will start attending the University of Portland this fall. "Jane Roloff's continued success and improvements also bring immense pride to the community, where it had been nearly 30 years since we last held an individual cross country state title," Winkelman read as part of his proclamation that thoroughly recognized Roloff's almost endless list of accolades.
