Introduction to Square Dancing
No experience (or partner) needed. Live instruction with a licensed caller who’ll have you dancing in under 30 minutes. Open to adults and teens. Monday, Aug. 3 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Ocean Shores Public Library.
East County Line Dancing
Drop in the Oakville Regional Event Center for line dance lessons. OREC members $5, drop-ins $10.

PAWS of Grays Harbor Bingo Night
Looking for a fun way to spend your Wednesday evening while supporting the animals at PAWS of Grays Harbor? Join them for PAWS Bingo Night on Tuesday, Aug. 5 at Messy Jessy’s in Aberdeen.
Doors open at 5 p.m and games start at 6. Wear a Hawaiian shirt and receive a free bingo card. Bring your friends, test your luck, win great prizes, and help provide food, shelter, and medical care for the cats and dogs waiting for their forever homes.
Whether you’re a bingo pro or it’s your first time playing, everyone is welcome. Throw on your favorite tropical shirt and join them for an evening of laughs, prizes, and making a difference for the animals in our care.

The Ocean Shores Public Library has all the materials you’ll need to play, all you need to bring is a desire to adventure. This program is open to everyone ages 10 and older. No prior experience with D&D is required, players of all experience levels are welcome.

Grays Harbor Bowmen are holding an open house on Saturday, Aug. 29 from noon to 5 p.m. at 902 state Route 105 in Aberdeen. Try archery with a certified instructor/coach. Equipment will be provided.
Bocce ball lessons at Fernwood Station in Seabrook
Head to Seabrook’s Fernwood Station Games Courtyard bocce court on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to noon from now through Aug. 29 for a relaxed, one-hour lesson in this classic game.
Spend a summer morning learning bocce in one of Seabrook’s most playful gathering spaces. These sessions are designed for beginners and curious players alike, offering a welcoming introduction with tips, techniques, and just enough friendly competition to keep things fun. Lessons are free, and all equipment is provided, so it’s easy to jump in and start playing.
