Renowned artist Gerard Tsutakawa and his wife Judy stopped Monday in Aberdeen and met with Mayor Douglas Orr and Parks and Recreation Director Stacie Barnum to discuss refurbishment of Tsutakawa’s sculpture installations at the corner of I and W. Wishkah streets and City Hall.
