Wednesday’s 2026 primary election vote count contnues to demonstrate the roller coaster nature of the election cycle as some races tightened and some leads increased yet again.
The tightest contest is between appointed incumbent Prosecutor Jason Walker (D) and Daniel Crawford (R). Walker leads by 30 votes.
The latest count, which took place at Thursday, Aug. 13 at 4:59 p.m. may well represent the final margins in the primary.
