Malcolm John Edwards was born Jan. 11, 1948, in Raymond, Washington to Bill and Ginger Edwards. He died at Willapa Harbor Hospital, South Bend, on Oct. 30, 2025. He is survived by his wife Senja, South Bend; sons Bryan and Patrik, Raymond; daughter Myrena Perkins, Gig Harbor; sister Marie Kelm, Raymond. He also leaves behind four grandchildren, Mitchell Edwards, Patrick Edwards, Kylie and Cameron Perkins; four great-grandchildren Lani, Remi, Baylor and Scotti Edwards; as well as niece Sherri and nephew Adam Kelm. John was pre-deceased by his parents Howard (Bill) and Virginia (Ginger) Edwards.

John was a 1967 graduate of Raymond High School, a lifelong resident of Pacific County. His working years were spent with Weyerhaeuser. He was a member of BPOE 1292. John enjoyed time outdoors hunting, fishing or tending to his orchard and gardens.

There will be a celebration of life at the Raymond Elks Nov. 22, 2025, at 1 p.m. A private interment at Fernhill Cemetery in Menlo will be at a later date.

The family would like to thank the ambulance crew and hospital staff for the wonderful care John was given.
