Two new Aberdeen Police officers sworn in Wednesday

Steve came to the department in 2005 and is currently an active patrol officer. Forrest grew up within the department and was an active member of their Explorer program. Forrest has now graduated from Basic Law Enforcement Academy and will be starting as a patrol officer this month.

ABERDEEN POLICE DEPARTMENT PHOTO                                Kyle Hoffman was sworn in to the Aberdeen Police Department at the Aberdeen City Council meeting on June 14. Hoffman is a home-grown product who started his career with the Seattle Police Department but now will wear the badge in the same city his grandfather and great-grandfather served.

Both officers have strong ties to region, Aberdeen Police Force
