Gary Nelson, who’s retiring as executive director after 24 years with the Port of Grays Harbor, spoke briefly after Kayla Dunlap, director of government and public affairs, updated Hoquiam City Council and the public on various projects at the port. Leonard Barnes will take over once Nelson retires.
