Grays Harbor County saw its unemployment rate rise for the fourth consecutive month to 8.8% in January, positioning the county as the seventh highest jobless rate across the state, according to new data released by the Washington Employment Securities Department. The increase is 1.2% higher than what was reported in December 2022
