After an impressive 37-10 road victory over Colorado on Saturday, the Washington football team moved up one spot to No. 6 in the Associated Press Top 25 poll that was released Sunday. The Huskies remained at No. 6 in the Coaches Poll
The top five remained the same with Alabama at No. 1, followed by Clemson, Oklahoma, Penn State and USC, which pulled away from Cal after needing overtime to put away Texas last week.
Washington State, which beat Nevada 45-7 on Saturday, jumped two spots to No. 16 in both the AP and Coaches Polls. The Cougars next face fifth-ranked USC on Friday night in Pullman.
Oklahoma State, which had been No. 6, fell to No. 15 after losing to TCU.
There are currently four Pac-12 teams in the top 25: No. 5 USC, No. 6 UW, No. 16 WSU and Utah, which ranks 20th in the AP Poll and 19th in the Coaches Poll.
