Wayne Milton Discher, age 80, of Grayland Washington, passed away at his home on Feb. 27, 2022. He was born to Ernest and Almeda (Hasbrouck) Discher July 9, 1941 in Aberdeen, Washington.

Wayne graduated from Ocosta High School 1959. He loved music and was an extremely talented musician. One of his first jobs was playing at the Westport Islander in 1959. Wayne was an avid gardener with awards and articles about his dahlias. His favorite pastime was painting, and he was an excellent cook.

He retired from being a regional manager for Carol’s restaurants in three states. Once retired he devoted himself and time to being his mother and sister’s caregiver.

He is preceded in death by his parents and all his siblings.
