Thomas ‘Tom’ J. Kelley
Lifelong Harbor resident Thomas “Tom” Jess Kelley, a former crab fisherman, died Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2023, at Harbor Regional Health Community Hospital in Aberdeen. He was 82.
As per his wish, no services will be held. Cremation arrangements are by Twibell’s Fern Hill Funeral Home in Aberdeen.
