Suzanne “Sweet Sue” Kent was called up to heaven on Sept 4, 2020, from complications of a stroke.

She was born June 14, 1938, to Paul and Lillie Mae Woyak in Pacific Beach. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Kent, a brother, Paul “Benny” Woyak Jr., and cousin Jackie Simbe.

Surviving is her son Darrin Kent of Montesano; grandson Grant Kent of Aberdeen; brother Darrell Woyak (Ann); nephews: Terry, Denny and Larry, all of Graham, and one niece, Darralyn of Forks.

Suzanne enjoyed spending time with her family. Every Sunday she would cook family dinners for them. She loved going to the casinos with her dear friend Karen. Suzanne loved getting the slot machines to “open up” as she would say.

She worked several jobs over the years — including Safeway and Swanson’s. She retired from Twin County Credit Union in 2002.

Anyone who knew her fell in love with her immediately. All her friends called her “Sweet Sue.” She treasured her nickname.

There will be no funeral.
