On Thursday, Oct. 9, 2020, Steven R. Richardson passed away at the age of 69 in the Philippines.

Steve was born on March 4, 1951, in Contra Costa, California. He was the son of Marion (Hart) & Victor Richardson and William Johnston.

Steve graduated from Hoquiam High School in 1969, then spent most of his life in the Olympia, Washington, area. Near retirement, he moved to Torrance, California. Steve had a passion for nature, biking and the beach. He was a member of the Beach Cities Cycling Club. He spent the remainder of his life in the Philippines with his wife’s family.

Steve is survived by his wife Lucy Orbeta Reyes (and family): his daughters Angela Goldman and Allison (Mike) Stenbeck; son Dustin Richardson; sister Jill (Jerry) West; brothers: Don (Irene) Richardson and Teddy (April) Johnston, his 10 grandchildren and countless nieces and nephews.

Steve was preceded in death by his mother Marion, fathers Victor and William, sister Jackie Eastridge and daughter Hali Richardson.

The family will not be having a memorial at this time due to the pandemic.
