Sharon worked at Grays Harbor Paper Co. and became owner/operator of her own business, Country Store in Central Park.

She was a member of TOPS, Aberdeen Elks and Hoquiam Moose.

She enjoyed watching old movies, gardening, writing short stories, playing bingo and keno, fishing and car rides to enjoy the beauty of the seasons.

She leaves behind her daughter Sally (Paul) Silvi, Kent; a grandson, Tyler Pickard, Seattle; four sisters: Marlene (Richard) Kellar, Cosmopolis; Sally Sjolsvold, Aberdeen; Judith (John) Clark, of Morton, and Teresa (Dave) Furstenwerth, Aberdeen; a brother Timothy (Rebecca) Triesch, Aberdeen; four uncles, five aunts, 13 nephews and nieces, 11 great-nieces and nephews, one great-great-niece and one great-great -nephew, as well as numerous cousins.

At her request there will be no service.

Arrangements are entrusted to Twibell’s Fern Hill Funeral Home, Aberdeen.
