Robert ‘Bob’ Warren Damon

Bob Damon passed away in Raymond, Washington on Aug. 28, 2021.

Bob Damon passed away in Raymond, Washington on Aug. 28, 2021. He was born on July 31, 1932, at Wheeler, Oregon.

He was a heavy equipment operator helping to build the road from Naselle to Megler. For a time he also had his own logging operation in the Naselle area. In his later years Bob gill netted and crab fished out of Bay Center, Washington on his boat the Gizmo.

He was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Evelyn Damon, his wife Jeanette, his three brothers: Lowell Damon, Gailord Damon and Delmer Damon, and his sister Gladys Young.

He is survived by niece Rosemarie Fisher of Sequim, Washington, nephew Dan Damon of Raymond, Washington; nephew Gary Young of Crescent City, California; niece Bonnie Sedrick of Crescent City, California; nephew Robert Young of Ketchikan, Alaska; nephew James Damon of Warrenton, Oregon; and niece Laurie Redwine of Bend, Oregon.

Bob was a caring person. If someone needed help he was right there.
