Richard Potter left his earthly home Dec. 21, 2022, for his heavenly home.

His wife of 65 years, Georgann, held his hand and whispered “I’ll see you later.”

Richard turned 85 last Nov. 26. He lived a full life loving the Lord and his family. Richard was well-known for his love of nature, especially fishing. He also loved Bible scripture. Psalms 1 and 26:4 were his favorite.

The highlight in his life were his wife and four children: Rich (Letty) Potter, Scott Potter, Ted (Jody) Potter and Goldie Fish, plus many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends.

The family is planning a memorial in early spring at Pacific Beach Community Church and details will be announced in The Daily World.
