Michaelan “Mike” McDougall, 68 years of age, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 4, 2017, at Capital Medical Center in Olympia, Wash. She was a resident of Central Park for 40 years.
Mike was born in Raymond, Wash., on April 9, 1948, to Winifred Diehm Williams and Junior Merrill Williams. She lived in Seattle until her family moved to Centralia where she graduated from high school in 1966.
She was a loving, fun and loyal woman. She enjoyed shopping, cooking, boating in the Puget Sound, genealogy and criminal history, but most of all spending time with her family. She also loved to travel and was able to experience the United States from the East Coast to the West Coast.
Mike gave her children and grandchildren more than they could ask for. She was a 100 percent dedicated mother who loved watching her kids and grandkids perform, always being the loudest supporter in the bleachers.
As her children grew, she resumed her career with the Grays Harbor Prosecutors Office as the victim witness coordinator. She found great satisfaction in helping others and you could rely on her word. Mike had a special strongness about her that helped many members of the community as well as her colleagues.
Mike is survived by her son, Patrick McDougall (Haley); her daughter, Elizabeth Martinez (Dan); granddaughters, Abigail and Emmalyn and grandsons, Vincent and Mason. Her sisters include, Susan Wanger, Pamela Morse, Kristine Roth and Marilyn Lombardo; a brother, Don Williams and other relatives.
Mike was a kind and loving mother, grandmother and friend. She will be truly missed by all those who loved and cared about her.
A private celebration of her life will be held in her honor.
