Madlea F. Jackson passed away peacefully on Sept. 17, 2018, in Lacey, Wash., at the age of 90. Born on March 25, 1928, in Flint, Mich., to Uriel and Thelma Ward, she was one of six children.

Madlea lived the majority of her life in Grays Harbor County, Wash.

She married Robert E. Jackson in 1944 and had three children, Ron Jackson (Elma), Robbie Christensen (Lacey) and Mark Jackson (Star Lake).

Madlea owned and operated Montesano Realty. She was an accomplished artist, an avid golfer and enjoyed traveling.

Madlea is survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She will be laid to rest alongside her loving husband of 59 years in Lebam, Wash.
