Montesano resident, Karen Marie Cristelli, age 70, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on June 7, 2022.

She married the love of her life, John Cristelli on November 14, 1970. They were married for 51 years and had two daughters, Ranie and Misti.

Karen was a long-time pharmacy technician working for both City Drug in Aberdeen and Value Drug in Montesano. She retired in 2012. She was fun-loving with a great sense of humor; was caring, nurturing and always giving to others and loved her family unconditionally. She was a wife, a mother, a daughter, a sister, a friend, an aunt, but the role that brought her the most joy was being a grandma.

Karen is survived by her husband, John Cristelli; her children Ranie (Ron) Ferrier and Misti (Kristopher) Stamon; grandchildren T’Anna (Ryan) Gamble, Trevin Brown and Carter Stamon; great-grandchildren Eli and Noah Gamble; sisters Linda Nelsen and Cindy Corier, as well as her extended Cristelli family.

In honor of Karen’s wishes, she requested not to have a funeral service.
