John Andrew Roberts, 62, an Ocean Shores resident of 11 years, died at his dream home there Friday, Dec. 13, 2019. He was born in Seattle, Washington, Oct. 1, 1957, the son of Norman H. and Sharon L. Roberts.

He loved nature and especially the ocean. He was a well-read man and a bit of a curmudgeon.

John is survived by his sister, Victoria Anne Roberts, and his brother, Norman Roberts.

At his request there will not be formal memorial services.
