Our mother, Janice Riches, passed away on February 2, 2024, at the age of 80. Janice was born in Noel, Missouri and lived in different locations throughout life such as Coquille, Oregon; Orville, California; locations in Washington to include Goldendale, Chehalis, Ocean Shores, Hoquiam and her final residency in Central Park, Washington.

Janice is preceded in death by her parents Adren and Ruth White; her fiancé Bruce Quincy; nephew, Jeff Scott; and aunts and uncles.

Janice is survived by her partner Jack Russell, her daughters Kelly Shields, Michelle June, Lorri Riches and respective spouses, sisters Wanda Moffitt and Jean Harlow and families.

To honor Janice Riches, we are holding a celebration of life on March 9 at 1 p.m., at the Moose Lodge in Montesano. We invite anyone who would like to attend and remember her in life.

Ashes will be spread at a later date by her immediate family.
