James Lee Williams Sr., 71, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 5, 2021, at his home in Aberdeen, Washington.

James was born on the 23rd of December, 1949 in Denver, Colorado to Eldwin Williams and Marie Sletten. He spent his childhood and much of his younger years living in Colorado, attending trade schools to become a chef and florist.

James married Teresa Carrigan in Granby, Colorado in 1999, and together they relocated to Grays Harbor in 2011.

James was a long haul truck driver and a member of the Pushrods. He enjoyed working on classic cars, racing figure eights in Colorado and fishing. He served in and was honorably discharged from the United States Navy having served on the USS Caliente. James was a big family man and held his blended family close to his heart.

There will be no formal services.

Arrangements are entrusted to Twibell’s Fern Hill Funeral Home in Aberdeen, Washington.
