Eva Mae Millich Trinneer, passed peacefully May 1, 2020 at Grays Harbor Community Hospital in “Comfort Care,” allowing her three children the opportunity to sit with, talk, reflect and say goodbye.

Eva Mae Millich Trinneer, passed peacefully May 1, 2020, at Grays Harbor Community Hospital in “Comfort Care,” allowing her three children the opportunity to sit with, talk, reflect and say goodbye.

Eva was born in Aberdeen Sept. 20, 1922, to Rose Flickiger Millich and Pete Millich. She grew up and graduated from Montesano HS. She married her HS sweetheart, George Trineer April 20, 1940 and together they had four children.

During WWII while dad was in the Army. A paratrooper, serving in Germany, mom and her mother both worked for Boeing locally making airplane parts for the war. She was a housewife, the bookkeeper for the family business for 36 years and later, until she retired for good; the bookkeeper for her son’s business. Most of all she was a mother.

She enjoyed her kids activities and later her grandchildrens. Mom and dad were married 51 years and during those times she enjoyed the camaraderie of friends, bowling, playing cards, vacations and trips to Nevada. Going to the casino was an activity she enjoyed right up to the Covid 19 pandemic.

She had life long girl friends from growing up in Montesano. She lived in the same house for 56 years. She valued the friendship with her next door neighbors and she was particularly fond and close to her neighbor across the street, Edith. She loved her flowers and every year up to the present; planted flowers for her deck and yard.

She was preceded in death by a son, Ronnie, husband, George, her mother Rose, father, Pete, brother Jack and son-in-law, Tim Seaman.

She is survived by her children, Patricia Seaman (David Alvard) of Mt. Vernon, Gary Trinneer of Hoquiam, Cheryl Trinneer, friend, companion and later care giver at family home, brother, Don Millich (Nancy), grandson, James Trinneer of Aberdeen, granddaughter, Jennifer Schwartz (David) and children, Gretchen, Warren and Albert, neice, Krystie Rose and husband Terry Read.

Family wants to thank Grays Harbor Community Hospital’s staff for their thoughtful care and particularly thank you to Dr. Juliette Erickson. Thank Dr. Erickson for all those years of taking good care of mom, every kindness, every hug and in the end, your sincere and heartfelt concern. Thank you so very much.
