Ernest Ralph Boggs, 60, a Raymond resident, died Thursday, May 28, 2020, at the Willapa Harbor Care Center. Mr. Boggs was born Feb. 14, 1960, to Homer and Ella (Sturgill) Boggs at Norton, Virginia.

Ralph loved his family and friends. He was known for his kindness and truly loved everyone. He loved watching sports, especially the Dallas Cowboys.

He is survived by two sisters and one brother: Faye and Larry Bolling of Raymond, Terry and Jimmy Parrott of Whitesburg, Kentucky and Roger Boggs of Lexington, Kentucky. Also surviving are three nieces, two nephews, two great-nephews and a great-niece: Donna and Ryan Porter of Raymond, Dianna Bolling of Raymond, Larry Bolling and Holly of Westport, Washington, JC Parrott of Whitesburg, Kentucky and Michelle and Eric Sturgill of Pound, Virginia and her children, Josh, Caleb and Emma.
