Debra Jean Stenberg (White), age 57, passed away on Jan. 15, 2019, after a long battle with cancer.

Debbie fell ill in March of 2000 and was diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumor. For 19 years, against all odds, Debbie survived. She was a fun, strong and sweet person, loved by all who knew her.

Debbie was born to Richard Wayne and Sally White on July 8, 1961, in Aberdeen, Washington; the second of three children.

She joins her father Richard Wayne White and brother Glenn White in God’s graces.

Debbie attended Ocosta Elementary, Junior High and High School, graduating in 1979. After attending a business school in Olympia, she went on to work for Sunset Life Insurance in Olympia and later moved on to Safeco Insurance Co. in Seattle, Washington.

Debbie married Kris Stenberg on May 19, 1990, settling in Auburn, Washington.

Debbie is survived by her husband Kris of 28 years; her mother Sally White; brother Richard White; nephew Jon White and family; nieces Tracy Howard and family and Rachell Hendrickson and family and aunts, uncles and loved ones.

Debbie enjoyed friends and family, playing games, cards and marbles, traveling across the country in her motor home, camping, exploring new places, hostessing with friends and WHEEL OF FORTUNE!!! Debbie had a fun and contagious laugh that many admired and remember about her.

A celebration of life to be held in May; date and time to be announced at a later date.
