Debra Collins/Harding and her twin sister Dorthy were born July 3rd, 1954 to John W. and Barbara Hall/Harding.

Debra Collins/Harding and her twin sister Dorthy were born July 3, 1954 to John W. and Barbara Hall/Harding. They grew up at the Grays Harbor County Fairgrounds while her father was the grounds taker. The beginning of the 6th grade, the family moved to Satsop, Washington and the girls continued their education in the Elma school District until they graduated in 1972.

She passed away on Monday, April 22, 2024.

Debra worked at Oakhurst Convalescent Center as a nurses aid, also cleaned rental properties in the Spanaway — Fife area, and worked for Kirkpatrick’s Janitorial services.

In 1979 she married William Krenz. They later divorced. In 1989 she married Richard Collins and remained married until his death in 2002. While married, they enjoyed car racing together. Her husband Richard raced on the dirt at Grays Harbor Raceway for several years and then moved to Spanaway Speedway to race the asphalt. Debra enjoyed auto racing and never missed the opportunity to be at Grays Harbor Raceway every Saturday night and was a longtime Season Ticket Holder.

In 2022 Debra moved to Shelton, Washington to be near her daughter as her health was diminishing. She leaves behind her sons Brian Harding (Oakville) and Kevin Krenz (Puyallup), her daughter Teresa Krenz / Cayce (Shelton), 8 grandkids, 2 great-grandkids, many nieces and nephews, and her 2 kitty companions (Willow and Grayce)

A celebration of life service will be held at the Elma Seventh-day Adventist Church on Friday May 24, 2024 at 2 p.m. and following with a potluck at the Elma Grange Hall.
