Deborah Lynne “Debby” Bailey, 55, Westport resident and computer graphics designer, died Monday, Aug. 24, 2020, at her home in Westport.

Deborah was born on Aug. 28, 1964, in Kellogg, Idaho, to Daniel Alan and Judith Ann (Hartman) Stine. Her family moved to Post Falls, Idaho, when she was 4, and she graduated from Post Falls High School in 1983. She then attended University of Idaho for two years. In 1987, she moved to Tacoma and then to Westport in 1990.

In 1994, Deborah married Scott Bailey in Coeur D’Alene, Idaho. They later divorced.

She worked as a website creator for local organizations and was a Minecraft video game world creator and server host. She enjoyed beach combing and was a rock hound, and she was very proud and crazy about her niece.

Deborah is survived by her mother, Judy Stine of Westport; a sister, Danielle Stine of Westport, her niece Lacey Stine of Westport, and good friends, Brad and Linda Hedricks of Hillsboro, Oregon.

Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Twibell’s Fern Hill Funeral Home in Aberdeen, Washington.
