SEATTLE —Ocean City resident Marian Sipher died Monday, Nov. 1, 2021, in Seattle. She was 97.
A memorial service will be held at Copalis Community Church at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 20.

Ruth Gavareski
Ruth L. Gavareski, a lifetime resident of Grays Harbor, died Monday, Nov. 8, 2021, at home in Aberdeen. She was 99.
She taught English and history at Hopkins Junior High School, Miller Junior High School and Aberdeen High School, retiring in 1988.
A memorial service is being planned and will be announced in a later edition of The Daily World. A private committal service for the family was held at Fern Hill Cemetery.

YACOLT — Michael Roe Dyer, a former Aberdeen resident and telecom installer for Pacific Northwest Bell, died Friday, Nov. 5, 2021, at his home in Yacolt. He was 86.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 18, in Fern Hill Cemetery in Aberdeen.
