Laurence A. Sleasman Sr.

Laurence Allen Sleasman Sr., a longtime resident of Aberdeen, died Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2020, at Grays Harbor Community Hospital in Aberdeen. He was 82.

Cremation arrangements are by Harrison Family Mortuary of Aberdeen.

Edith Johnsen

RAYMOND — Edith E. Johnsen died Saturday, Sept. 19, 2020, at Willapa Harbor Care Center in Raymond. She was 86.

She was buried Sept. 25, at the Fern Hill Cemetery in Menlo.

Arrangements are by Stoller’s Mortuary in Raymond.

Walter D. Fate

OCEAN SHORES — Walter Donald Fate Sr., a 30-year resident of Ocean Shores, died at his home Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2020. He was 89.

He had served in the U.S. Marine Corps and had been a foreman at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 29, in Fern Hill Cemetery in Aberdeen.

Jack Hansmann

TACOMA — Longtime Aberdeen resident Jack L. Hansmann died Aug. 5, 2020, in Tacoma. He was 65.

He was a graduate of Aberdeen High School.

Donations are suggested to Central Lutheran Church in Tacoma.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, at Central Lutheran Church in Tacoma.
