Samuel R. Brooks Sr.

Retired timber faller Samuel Ray Brooks Sr. of Aberdeen died Sunday, Sept. 8, 2019, at Grays Harbor Community Hospital in Aberdeen. He was 81. Visitation will be held from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 14, in the chapel of Harrison Family Mortuary in Aberdeen.

Daniel T. McDougal

ELMA — Daniel Thomas McDougal, a longtime Elma resident, died Thursday, Sept. 5, 2019, at his Elma home following an extended illness. He was 86.

A graveside service with vault interment will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 13, at the Sunset Memorial Park in Hoquiam.

Direction is by the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.

Marina Stone

Hoquiam resident Marina F. Stone died Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2019, at the Grays Harbor Community Hospital in Aberdeen. She was 72.

A service will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are in care of Stoller’s Mortuary in Raymond.

Vincent A. Rosander Sr.

PORT ANGELES — Vincent Arnold Rosander Sr. a resident of LaPush, died Friday, Sept. 6, 2019, at Olympic Medical Center in Port Angeles. He was 83.

He served in the U.S. Army from 1954 to 1957, worked for the Boeing Company and was the Director of Utilities for the Quileute Nation.

A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Friday, Sept. 13, at the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.
