A celebration of life for longtime Harbor resident Kris Lindsay Vanucie, who died June 6, will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, July 27, at the Hoquiam Elks.

Helen M. Brown

Helen Marie Brown, a lifetime Hoquiam area resident, died Thursday, July 11, 2019, at Grays Harbor Community Hospital in Aberdeen. She was 95.

She worked at the Grays Harbor Veneer Plant from the 1940s until she retired in the late 1980s.

Private vault interment was held at the Sunset Memorial Park in Hoquiam.

Direction was by the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.

Shirley J. “Ginger” McElwee

QUINAULT — Shirley Jean “Ginger” McElwee, a longtime Quinault resident died Tuesday, July 16, 2019, at home. She was 94.

A graveside service of inurnment will be held at 9 a.m. Friday, July 26, at the Quinault Cemetery followed by a celebration of her life at the Rain Forest Resort.

Arrangement are by the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.

Jack A. Favro

Former Aberdeen resident Jack Anthony Favro died Tuesday, July 16, 2019. He was 54 in Chehalis.

He had worked for Skippers, Schwanns and Lighthouse Drive Inn.

A celebration of his life potluck will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, July 27, at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Chehalis.

Grace P. Landgraf

OLYMPIA — Former Cosmopolis resident Grace Pearl Schumacher Landgraf died Wednesday, July 17, 2019, at Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia. She was 59.

Services are being planned and will be announced when details are available.

Arrangements are by Harrison Family Mortuary of Aberdeen.
