TACOMA — Former Aberdeen resident Jessica Zabiaka of Tacoma died Sunday, Jan. 6, 2019, at Tacoma General Hospital. She was 54.
She graduated from Aberdeen High School in 1982.

Beatrice Mae Townsend of Aberdeen died Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2019. She was 96.
A celebration of her life will take place at 3 p.m. Sunday at Elma Alliance Church. Viewing will be held from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Harrison Family Mortuary in Aberdeen followed by a graveside service at Fern Hill Cemetery in Aberdeen.

OLYMPIA — Mary Jeannine Phillips of Montesano died Friday, Jan. 4, 2019, at Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia. She was 84.
A funeral will take place at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Montesano Church of God followed by a reception in the Fellowship Hall. She will be laid to rest next to her husband at Wynooche Cemetery.

He had worked for Hays Dairy and Langendorf Bakery before taking over the Hum-dinger restaurant in 1978.
