A celebration of life for longtime Aberdeen resident Jack R. Thompson, who died Oct. 4, will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Immanuel Baptist Church in Hoquiam. A reception will follow at the church.

Jerry P. Phillips

ELMA — Jerry Paul Phillips of Montesano died Monday, Nov. 12, 2018, at Summit Pacific Medical Center. He was 83.

He was a minister.

A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, Nov. 19, 2018 at the Montesano Church of God. He will be laid to rest at Wynooche Cemetery.

Arrangements are by Harrison Family Mortuary of Montesano.

Lorena V. Atkins

Lorena Violet Atkins, a Harbor resident since 1945, died at her home in Aberdeen, Sunday, Nov, 11, 2018. She was 97.

She had been a cook at the St. Joseph’s Hospital for 35 years.

A celebration of her life will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 30 at Immanuel Baptist Church in Hoquiam.

ELMA — William Ralph Leverette of Elma died Sunday, Nov. 11, 2018, at home. He was 84.
