Phyllis Jean Otten died Saturday, Nov. 4, 2017, at her home in Aberdeen. She was 65.

She was employed at Captain’s Corner for 9 years and went to work for Pacific Care Center in 2015.

At her request, there will be no service.

Arrangements are by the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.
