Eugene Kuhn

Gene Kuhn Sr., a longtime Grays Harbor resident, died Tuesday, Aug. 29, 2017, at his home in Aberdeen. He was 76.

He had been a print composer at The Daily World.

A celebration of his life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 9, at the United Christian Church in Aberdeen.

John “Jack” Strom

A celebration of life for Aberdeen resident John O. “Jack” Strom, who died Aug. 22, at his home will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 30, at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in Aberdeen.

Cremation arrangements are by the Coleman Mortuary.

Grays Harbor resident Michael D. Lull died Tuesday, Aug. 29, 2017, at home. He was 64.

Albert W. McGuire

OLYMPIA — Albert Walter McGuire of Aberdeen died Tuesday, Aug. 29, 2017, at Providence St Peter Hospital in Olympia. He was 69.

Arrangements are by Harrison Family Mortuary of Montesano.

Juan Johnson

OLYMPIA — Juan T. Johnson of Aberdeen died Wednesday, Aug.30, 2017, at Providence St Peter Hospital in Olympia. He was 74.

Services are being planned and will be announced when details become available.

Wanda L. Johnson

RAYMOND — Longtime Raymond resident Wanda Lou Johnson died Tuesday, Aug. 29, 2017, at Willapa Harbor Health and Rehabilitation in Raymond. She was 83.

She taught Sunday school at the Community Church is South Bend, directed the junior choir and played piano for Sunday services for over 30 years.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 9, at Fern Hill Cemetery in Menlo followed by a celebration of her life at New Life Fellowship in Raymond.

Arrangements are in the care of Stoller’s Mortuary in Raymond.
