OLYMPIA — Elma resident Melissa Rose Taylor died Sunday, Oct. 9, 2016, at Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia.

She was 60.

The 1974 graduate of Elma High School had lived in Alaska for several years, returning to Elma two years ago.

A celebration of her life is being planned and will be announced in The Daily World.

Memorials may be made to Kitten Rescue, 420 WA 3, Shelton, WA 98584.

Arrangements are by Twibell’s Fern Hill Funeral Home, Aberdeen.

Richard B. Sandy of Aberdeen died Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2016, at Grays Harbor Community Hospital in Aberdeen. He was 60.

Arrangements are by Harrison Family Mortuary of Aberdeen.

A celebration of life for Grays Harbor resident Judy Norine Burlingame Parker, who died Oct. 1, at her home in Carlisle will be held at 2 p,n, Sunday, Oct. 29, at the Pacific Beach Fire Hall.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Pacific Beach Quilters or the Copalis Crossing or Pacific Beach Fire Departments.

Cremation arrangements are by the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.
