Aberdeen resident James Roy Lamb died Monday, July 3, 2017, at Grays Harbor Community Hospital in Aberdeen. He was 86.

McCLEARY — Donald DeBoe Greene of Gig Harbor died Saturday, July 1, 2017, in McCleary. He was 57.

Patricia M. Sweet

Patricia Marie Sweet, a resident of Westport for 37 years, died at Grays Harbor Community Hospital in Aberdeen, Saturday, July 1, 2017. She was 66.

She had been a teller and manager of Anchor Bank at Westport for several years.

A memorial is being planned for September and a more complete notice will appear in The Daily World.

Beverly K. Lufkin

Beverly King Lufkin died Monday, July 3, 2017, at her home in Aberdeen.

She was a landscape watercolor artist.

A celebration of her life will be held at a later time. Inurnment will take place at Memorial Shrine Park in Carverton, Pennsylvania.

Cremation arrangements are by Twibell’s Fern Hill Funeral Home in Aberdeen.

Darlene Hammer

Darlene Hammer of Elma died Wednesday, July 5, 2017, at Pacific Care Center in Hoquiam. She was 85.

She had been a candy counter clerk at Kress’s Department Store.

Visitation and viewing will be held from 1 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Thursday in Fern Hill Funeral Home in Aberdeen. A funeral service will be held at 1 Thursday, also at the funeral home. A graveside service will follow at Fern Hill Cemetery in Aberdeen with a reception afterward in the Dorothy Mann Reception Room at Fern Hill Funeral Home.

Lee R. Chesterman

Lee Roy Chesterman, who lived in Aberdeen almost his entire life, died at his home in Aberdeen Wednesday, June 28, 2017. He was 73.

A graveside service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 18, in Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent. A full obituary will follow in The Daily World.

Anita D. Francisco

Anita Dela Cruz Francisco, who recently moved to Aberdeen, died Thursday, July 6, 2017, at the Dolphin Cove Nursing Home in Tokeland. She was 84.

Visitation will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, followed by a funeral at noon. Burial will take place at Cherokee Memorial Park Cemetery in Lodi, California at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 15.
