Aberdeen resident Michael Stephen Michelbrink Sr., age 74, died Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2025, at Virginia Mason Hospital in Seattle.

Cremation arrangements are by the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.

Carolyn Gottwig, a lifetime Grays Harbor resident, died Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2025 at her daughter’s home in Wilton, California. She was 90.

There will be a reception in Aberdeen following the holiday season. The details will be provided at that time.
