Perry D. Crowell Jr.

Montesano resident Perry Delmar “Grandpa” Crowell Jr. died Monday, Oct. 20, 2025. He was 93.

He had owned Crowell Brothers in Hoquiam since 1957.

A celebration of life is being arranged and will be announced later.

Beth Hargrove died Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2025, at her home in Aberdeen. She was 68.

Lorna Nelson of Aberdeen died Thursday, Oct. 18, 2025, at Harbor Regional Health Community Hospital in Aberdeen. She was 68.

Marcia Edred

Marcia Ellen Eldred, who was born in Hoquiam, died Thursday, Oct. 23, 2025, in Kirkland.

She was 87.

She had worked as a quality assurant inspector in the aerospace industry,

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 29, at Hoquiam’s Sunset Memorial Park.

Lawrence Erickson

Lawrence “Larry” Erickson of Hoquiam died Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2025, at Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia. He was 87.

He worked 38 years for City of Hoquiam as Supervisor of Streets and Sewer.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30, 2025, at Sunset Memorial Park in Hoquiam.
